A proper pint,
and a fair bit more

No cocktail menu to memorise and no wine list to apologise for. A pint poured properly, bottles brought to the table, and whatever is good upstairs tonight.

The important one

Poured in two goes.

It takes as long as it takes, and we’ve never once been talked into rushing it. The middle stage is the one that gets skipped everywhere else — so here it is, at the speed it happens.

The booths on the Stage floor are table service, so it comes to the table — and nobody is rushing that either.

For the table

What’s going
on the table?

Six mixers with every bottle, brought to the table. Ask when you book and we'll have it ready. Pick what you want sent up and it goes on the booking — top floor, or a reserved booth on the Stage floor.

Cocktails

Made upstairs, off a board.

There is no printed list, and that is deliberate. What is on the board upstairs changes with what is good and what is in — ask whoever is behind the bar and they will steer you right.

The Upstairs Bar is where the good glassware lives. If you have taken the top floor for the night, it comes with you.
