What booking through this site does and does not commit either of us to.

Booking is an enquiry, not a contract
Sending the form on this site starts a conversation. It does not reserve a room and it does not bind either of us. We come back to you to confirm the room, the date and what is included, and the booking exists from that point.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
Prices and deposits
No prices are quoted on this site and no payment is taken through it. What a night costs depends on the room, the night and the numbers, and we agree it with you directly beforehand.
We usually take a deposit to hold your date and time. We tell you what it is when we agree the package with you.
Changing or cancelling
If your plans change, ring us as soon as you know and we will talk it through.
Ring us as early as you can either way. We would far rather move a date than lose it.
Age, admission and behaviour
- Over 18s only. We operate a Challenge 21 policy and will ask for ID.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission, and to ask anyone to leave.
- The person who makes the booking is responsible for their group, including any damage beyond ordinary wear.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for what we get wrong. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
